Small Baltimore Kitchen

This small kitchen in the rear of a Baltimore rowhouse needed updating.  It was decided to keep the original layout and install new floating vinyl plank flooring, Dura Supreme cabinetry, and man made quartz counter tops.  Custom open shelving was built for the peninsula to make use of small odd shaped area.  Without the luxury of adding square footage to the kitchen we added cabinets on the refrigerator wall to maximize the storage and gain some counter top space.  Approximate cost: $15,000

Baltimore bathroom expansion

Keeping the layout the same is the most economical way to remodel a bathroom.  Sometimes the layout won't allow for what is needed and has to be changed.  That was the case with this bathroom.  A small shower, single vanity and non functioning layout had to be upgraded to meet the needs of the customer.  The 24"x24" porcelain floor tiles that look a lot like glass, make the design pop.  Large format shower wall tiles make for a sleek and contemporary finish.  The floating double vanity adds to the contemporary look and allows for easy cleaning and an open look.
